Description

Live edge means the outer edge of the tree stays. The board keeps the shape the wood had before the mill got to it — bark, knots, the honest line of where the sapwood ended. Aromatic cedar brings the smell with it.

Fourteen inches long, 4.5 wide, 7/8 thick. 120-point layout routed cleanly across the flat surface. Cedar is softer than the hardwoods in the rest of the shop — it dents more easily, but it’s built for play, not prep. A cribbage board lives on a coffee table, not a cutting counter.
